What kind of tycoon game is it?
PlayLobbyboss is a management and strategy game about running one hotel well, then growing it into the biggest in town. There are no timers to wait on and nothing to install: days pass while you play, guests check in and out, and you pay your costs every night.
It is easy to start but hard to master. Early on you balance a few rooms and one receptionist. Later you juggle dozens of staff, insurance, marketing campaigns, debt and rivals who fight back.
Tips for your first hour
The first days decide whether your hotel grows or slides into debt.
- Raise your room price towards the "best price" in the Rooms tab — the starting price is below the market.
- Build more rooms early: more rooms spread your fixed costs and lift your hotel value towards level 2.
- Never fire your only receptionist to save money. With nobody working, your rating and bookings collapse.
- Buy basic insurance before day 200 — fires and floods get bigger as your hotel grows.
